JWS Design, Inc is a full service, residential design firm located on the Eastside of the Greater Seattle area. We provide design services for clients with projects throughout Washington State and have also done projects in Alaska, Oregon, Northern California and, Japan.

Jon Simpson, AIBD, the owner of JWS Design, Inc., is a nationally certified Professional Building Designer and, has a background in construction, construction management, and design. This combination has taught him the importance of listening to the client, and making sure their needs are met. Throughout the design and construction process, he works to make sure that you get what you want out of your project and the construction experience.

The Goal for the end of any design and construction project is that it meets the owner’s expectations as much as is humanly possible, this requires listening and implementing thoughts, ideas and, desires along with current codes and regulations. It requires creativity and imagination along with an expert knowledge of building codes and local ordinances.
